trying to contact Banco Nacional in Jaco

Could not find "contactenos" in BNCR website. Need info on how to change US dollar account daily limit - please advise how to contact Banco Nacional, because their website has no such info. - We are Canadiens, who own property in Costa Rica, want to pay our condo fees and other dues.
