Paid in advance - did not show Reviewed by Karin, 2010-03-11 We paid in advance and Javier did NOT show up as arranged to pick us up. We had corresponded by email several times the week before I arrived and he confirmed that he would pick us up but he did not show, nor did he answer his phone when we called from the airport. He will not respond to requests for a reund after the fact. Do NOT pay in advance for services from Javier Ortiz/Easy Ride. I would recommend using another company or shuttle service.
Shuttle Did Not Show Up - No Refund Given Reviewed by Kelli, 2009-09-09 The shuttle did not show up for my return transportation from Dominical to San Jose because the van broke down (found out from another person who got stranded by them the day before me). No phone call or email was sent canceling the trip on their end, and I had to locate a cab to drive me to San Jose. No refund for the return trip has been given as of 2 weeks after trip. Unable to contact them via the phone, they will not respond back to my emails or the previous voicemails left. PayPal denied the claim because it is a service and not an actual item purchased. EasyRide website states that they will refund the portion of the travel due to mechanical issues. If so, where is my refund and why won't anyone contact me back? |
