Economy Rent A Car confirmed our daughter's reservation of a car for our trip to Monteverde Cloud Forest, taking her credit card number to confirm the reservation. When we called them a couple of hours before scheduled pick-up to see whether we could get the vehicle early, we were told it had already been rented and nothing else was available.
